Tremellion is a 19th century terraced miners cottage made in granite. It offers an open plan living space with dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The rooms are light and airy with contemporary furniture and local art work.
Up the slightly steep staircase there are two bedrooms. The bathroom leads off the main bedroom. The cottage is double glazed throughout. Leading out of the kitchen there is a small private walled garden which is a real suntrap in summer.
The cottage has thermostatically controlled electric radiators in all rooms together with a wood burner in the living room for those chilly evenings. Some firewood is supplied and extra is available from Semens Fuels, local shops such as Clemos and garages.
You can park at the front of the cottage if you tuck your car well in and don’t block the neighbour’s front door. The space is only suitable for a small car. If your car is too large for the parking space there is free parking in the town car park nearby, or alternatively you can park on Cape Cornwall Road and walk back through Queen Street or Princess Street.
